Dear Smile Solutions Families,

We are now reopen. We have made many enhancements to our office and are rescheduling everyone's visits in a staged manner.  Please be patient.  For everyone's safety we will be social distancing and spacing out visits. We are re-opening in a staged approach.  It is going to take some time to get everyone a visit and back into the office. 


We will be emailing and texting you your new appointment information. 


We ask for your patience and support as we navigate the schedule for everyone. We will make every effort to bring patients back in order of clinical needs, urgencies and length of time since their last appointment.  Please watch for your email, it will be coming within the the next several weeks.  When you get the email please read it very carefully as you will need to respond to the email to confirm your visit and to answer a COVID screening questionnaire.

Our office is going to look different but we are still going to be providing excellent care in a safe and caring environment.  Watch the video below to see how we have adapted our clinic to best serve our patients.


We will continue providing virtual appointments and calling and video conferencing with anyone who has questions or concerns regarding treatment.  While eagerly awaiting our reopening, we encourage you to continue to use the helpful links on our home screen at our website

We have made great investments into our facilities and into protective equipment for the team to ensure a safe environment for your return.  Thank you for placing your trust and confidence in us.  More than ever we are committed to exceeding your expectations and delivering first-class service in a first-class environment.


We will continue to use universal infection control precautions, excellent sterilization procedures, and continue to provide treatment in a safe dental environment. However the office is going to look different because many additional measures have been taken to ensure your safety. Some examples include the physical layout of the office and enhanced air filtration.

Please note that only those who have completed the following are permitted entry into our office:

  1. COVID Pre-screening: We will send you an email when we reschedule your visit. Please reply to the email to confirm the visit time works for you and please saner the COVID pre-screening questions.

  2. Whenever possible we ask that you come alone to the appointment.  Of course if your child is not comfortable coming alone a single guardian came come to the appointment.

  3. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

  4. There will be a Virtual Waiting Room system as there will be no in-person waiting room available.

  5. We will call or text you and let you know when it is time to enter the office. Please do not enter the office until you are advised to do so.

  6. Every person inside the office must wear a mask; please put on your mask before entering

  7. Temperature checks with non-contact forehead thermometers will take place for each person who enters the office.

  8. We will have hand sanitizer available for you when entering the office.

COVID-19 Health Update


We hope you and your family are healthy during this unprecedented time. Our office is presently closed as we are concerned about everyone’s health and safety as we comply with our governing body. As of now, we are not sure when we will be able to begin re-opening. We will keep you updated you as we get more information. Once we re-open we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.  We will send a text message and email with your new appointment time. We will reschedule visits based on who has been waiting the longest for their appointment.


Unfortunately, the circumstances due to COVID-19 are out of our hands. Your orthodontic treatment is continuous, and we are doing our best to help your treatment proceed in a timely fashion. Please feel free to visit our website to use the buttons on the home screen to stay in touch with us so we can help the progress of your treatment. Rest assured we will not be charging you more fees should the treatment time extend beyond the original treatment time period we had told you. The fee we gave you is for completing your treatment no matter how long the treatment time is.


We miss all of you and we cannot wait to get back to being with all of you.
